September 9 and 10, 2023. Welcome to the Penticton Dragon Boat Festival. Held over two days on the second weekend in September, the racing happens on Skaha Lake in beautiful, sunny, Penticton, British Columbia, Canada.
June 9 and/or 10, 2023. The Okanagan Super Sprints are fast, fun 250 m sprints on Skaha Lake in Penticton. This event offers head-to-head racing over a shorter distance, allowing teams to practice all their race-specific tactics.
Again for 2023, our Okanagan Super Sprints has an optional second day of racing for teams with paddlers 55 years and older.
Our lessons offer a safe and welcoming learning environment for all participants. No previous paddling experience necessary, and all equipment is provided. During the course, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of paddling and will experience training and racing in a dragon boat!
